Dark, mysterious, and thought-provoking, I had no idea how much I was going to like this book when I requested it.

While it is ultimately a story of trying to find answers to questions and to find peace, it is also a story of finding yourself and learning that what you think you know isn't always all you can know.

Lenna Wickes has seen her share of tragedy and pain and has also seen things that give her reason to question everything she has been studying, (I have to say here that parts of this book reminded me in a way of the stories of Harry Houdini trying to prove mediums were frauds) until she realises what's really going on.

Through training, trial and error, and pure gifted ability we find ourselves going on a journey with Leena, exploring options, realizations about who and what she is, and the moment of clarity that proves no one has to fit into what other people think of them, that being your true self is the only way to see the beauty in the world.

This book opened my eyes in a lot of ways and made me see things in a different light, also made me take a second to think about what I really think happens after someone has passed and if there's really any way to contact them.

Thank you to Edelweiss+ for providing an advance copy of this ebook, I have voluntarily read and reviewed it and all thoughts and opinions are my own.
