So I don't normally post personal things on my blog, but I felt the need to put this out there, don't skip those yearly screenings, when you have to think about how long it's been since you had a pap smear it's been too long, taking care of yourself means taking care of all of yourself, that is all I'm done lecturing now and back to book related content.
