Extra witchy

After reading Not The Witch You Wed I knew I loved Ann Aguirre's writing style, after listening to Extra Witchy I know she's my go-to paranormal romantic comedy writer.

This book is brilliant, witty, magical, and spicy, it has everything you could be looking for. Full of ups and downs, emotional roller coasters, and drama (both family and life in general) Extra Witchy tells the tale of Leanne and Trevor, how an unusual proposal can get both of them everything they wanted and a few things they didn't know they wanted or needed.

When you have a group of fix-it witches that look out for each other and the town they live in you're bound to have some bumps in the road but those bumps are so funny that I found myself listening hour after hour laughing as the dominoes fall get put back up and fall again, I enjoyed so much of this book, it was a great escape from reality that has just enough reality to make it relatable.

As for the spice, it's nice, done well, and makes perfect sense in the story in the case of Leanne and Trevor it leads to the perfect answers for both of them and their problems while setting up a wild ride (no pun intended) for them.
